Caregivers Policy

This policy applies to general public use of the pool facilities and does not cover club or private hire sessions.

The definition of a carer is:

An indivdual whose specific role when visiting our venue is to provide support and asssitance for a person with disabilities, special needs or learning difficulties who is participating in any activity.

The definition of a disabled participant is:

An individual with disabilities, special needs or learning difficulties, who is participating in any activity.

Policy on admission for carers:

  • The disabled individual participating in the activity will be charged the standard entrance fee.
  • The disabled participant may be asked to show DLA or AA award letter.
  • Caregivers admissions at a concession rate of £3. 40
